Notarized Diploma And Transcript

Notorized Diploma And Transpcript

Current or former students frequently require a notarized diploma or transcript to get an Apostille from the Missouri Secretary of State’s office when applying for jobs or admission to colleges abroad. The Office of the Registrar can only notarize transcripts and degrees from The Continents States University. The university will not authenticate any outside notarization when a verification inquiry is made. We solely notarize paperwork produced by the Office of the Registrar.

Step 1: Collect documents to be notarized:

  • You must ask for an official transcript to be mailed directly to you by the Office of the Registrar. If your transcripts need to be notarized, send your request for a transcript using the transcript request form and complete a Notarization Service Form (NSF).
  • Requests for a notarized diploma can only be processed when you mail us your original diploma, or you can request a reissued diploma and be notarized simultaneously. We do not accept scanned or copied diplomas for notarization.
  •

Step 2: Complete and sign a Notarization Service Form (NSF). A request form must accompany a scanned copy of your unexpired government-issued ID.

Step 3: Mail your documents to the following address

The Continents States University
4625 Lindell Blvd, Suite 200
Saint Louis, MO 63108-3725 USA

Step 4: You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar once your documents are received.

Step 5: We will send you a detailed invoice if any fees are incurred.

Step 6: Once we verify your documents, we’ll notarize them and send them back to the address you will provide on the NSF form.
