Online master’s programs in organizational leadership teach communication, team management, and change management. Several established universities offer them, including Pepperdine, Averett, Gonzaga, Saint Louis University, and Crown College. Each has a different emphasis, so read the actual curriculum before you apply.
Admission usually requires a bachelor’s degree and transcripts. Some programs ask for a resume, personal statement, or recommendation letters. A few still require GRE or GMAT scores, but many do not. Program length varies; part-time students often take two to three years.
Graduates work in roles such as HR management, training and development, consulting, and operations. Pay depends on the role and industry, so check BLS data for the specific jobs you want rather than relying on school averages.
