Nilsa earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) degree with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master’s in Business Science, both from the prestigious Nova Southeastern University located in Florida, United States. Her academic pursuits were not confined to the United States; she also obtained a specialization in Information Systems from the Administrative Business Union UNA-CEPEDERH in Brazil, showcasing her global perspective.
