Tuition and Fees

Paying for School

  • We are a tuition-free school, we don't charge any tuition, platform fees or book fees.
  • Students will pay admission processing fees of $50 and one-time annual subscription fees of $1000 only.
  • Total tuition and fees are $1050.

Required Learning Materials: The Continents State University aspire to serve all students and offer books free of charge. The Learning Management System (LMS) funded with all study materials, books, and required assignments. Students will not be required to buy any additional books or materials.

Graduation Requirements

Students must maintain a CGPA of 2.0 and pass a final examination at the end of each course when available. Students must complete 36 credit hours in twelve months provided an uninterrupted and normal progression through the program. Students who fail to pass the test, they will be allowed to take a refresher course in their area(s) of deficiency and subsequently be allowed to retake the final examination one time only.

The Continents State University founded for free distance education and designed all programs to meet four main elements before graduation. Introductory Courses, Major Courses, Electives Courses, and The Capstone Project.

Introductory Courses

These courses founded to establish the foundational base and preparing for a master’s degree in Business Administration.

This course is designed as a survey course that will expose you to business terminology, concepts, and current business issues, with the intent of helping students develop a viable business vocabulary, foster critical and analytical thinking, and refine business decision-making skills.

Examination of the properties behind the basic concepts of probability and statistics, designed to teach you ways to investigate the relationships between various characteristics of data.

An introductory survey of financial accounting in preparation for more advanced business courses. Topics include the compilation and analysis of financial statements, determination of the value of a firm, and evaluation of a firm and its competitors.

Major Courses

Examination of the effects of cost, price, and profit on management decision-making, with particular attention to the tools and methods managers use to make the best-informed decisions.

The detailed study of effective management and leadership techniques. Analyzes the distinction between leadership and management and provides an introduction to leadership theory.

Investigation of effective communication skills as a prerequisite for succeeding in business, with particular attention to communication tools and activities that connect people within and beyond the organization.

The detailed study of how people interact in organizations, delving into the factors that have the greatest impact on organizational behavior. Topics range from managing individuals and understanding group dynamics to managing conflict and initiating change.

Prerequisites BUS 2101

The survey covers the various components of business information systems, with particular emphasis on the means by which information is transmitted, the software that displays the information, and the systems that manage the data that businesses use every day.

Introductory course to the laws and ethical standards that managers must abide by while conducting business. Explores the legal framework designed to protect both consumers and businesses and outlines the legal and ethical environment in which businesses operate.

Examination of how companies manage processes to produce the products or services required by their customers. Topics include product design, supply chain management, quality, inventory, and planning.

Capstone for the Business program, incorporating elements from all of the core courses. Introduces the field of strategic management, with particular emphasis on identifying goals and formulating strategies and addressing implementation techniques.

Electives Courses

The elective course is a course that is not specifically designated as part of degree requirements. The Continents State University elective courses designed to support students’ best interests after graduation. All students must complete at least three elective courses before or at the time of graduation.

An introductory survey of quantitative methods (QM), or the application of statistics in the workplace. Examines techniques for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data in any number of fields—from anthropology to hedge fund management.

A detailed survey of business negotiation skills and strategies designed to help maintain healthy business relationships. Examines the concepts, processes, strategies, and ethical issues related to negotiation, and appropriate conduct in a variety of business contexts.

Survey of the practices and laws that govern how an organization should work with their human capital. Subjects include job analysis, recruitment, training, performance measurement, compensation, safety, and labor relations.

Examination of the steps in organizing and planning the processes that a business uses to address tasks and meet deadlines, with particular attention to the role of project managers as they initiate, plan, execute, control, and terminate projects.

The Capstone Project

The Capstone Project required as the final step before graduation. The project offers the student all essential skills and training may help them execute the knowledge of business management, finance, and business operation tools they gained from this MBA program. Students must express and show the final research subject for discussion.

The Missional Leadership Capstone Project required as the final step before graduation. The project offers the student all essential skills and training may help them execute the knowledge of business management, finance, and business operation tools they gained from this MBA program. Students must express and show the final research subject for discussion.
