The Continents States University shall not charge any form of tuition or fees to all residents of the state of Missouri. The university offers its services as an eleemosynary organization, and these services shall be at no cost. The Continents States University has the right to verify students’ physical addresses through proof of address requirements. Students have the right to contact the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development about any complaint with this institution.
