Unfortunately, HND is not considered equivalent to a 4-year bachelor’s degree. If you are not sure if your education is considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, you will need to seek degree evaluation from any evaluation agency approved and accredited by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
