OUR AMERICAN PHILOSOPHY
As many as 44.7 million Americans have student loan debt, according to a 2018 report by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The total amount of student loan debt is $1.47 trillion as of the end of 2018, more than credit cards or auto loans. Most Americans with student debt are young. We believe in tuition-free education must be a right, not privilege, and this is why we have established this mission.
OUR INTERNATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Many people around the world need education, but they cannot afford it. While some of us got the chance to finish schooling, others do not! It is time to give back. At The Continents University of Arts and Sciences, we volunteer our time, efforts, services, knowledge, and educational materials to build a better-educated universe.
Today, 3.010 billion internet users in this world and the estimated global internet penetration are 42% as compared to 84.2% in the U.S. and around 52.4% of the worldwide population access the internet from their mobile devices, and more than half of the worldwide population is estimated to go online using mobile devices by 2020.
In 2020 education remains a far-right for 759 million adults who are illiterate and do not have the awareness necessary to improve their living conditions and those of their children. The following is the world’s top 10 uneducated countries.
- Niger with 84.3%
- Burkina Faso
- Sierra Leone
- The Gambia
The university does not charge any tuition or any other hidden fees. We only ask for a one-time admission processing fee of $50 and a course attendance fee of $125 to be paid once students enroll in a new course.
For students to graduate with a bachelor’s degree, they must finish forty (40) courses, and for a master’s degree is eight (8) courses, and this is only $125 per class.
Our university will not charge any tuition and will never raise the course fee because we believe in our philosophy and our mission.
WHY WE NEED THIS MONEY?
We care about quality in education, and we will be seeking national accreditation from the Distance Education Accrediting Commission ( DEAC). The Council recognizes DEAC for Higher Education Accreditation and the United States Department of Education as an accreditor of higher education institutions. The accreditation is a multi-year process of peer review and evaluation, and it’s required by most employers and government agencies to test the quality of education we offer. Accreditation will allow us to enroll students across the United States and abroad by increasing the university’s credibility of enrolling international students who cannot afford to pay for education because of war, life, or financial hardship.
HOW WILL WE SPEND THIS MONEY?
The money will be assigned to a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to monitor the spending and making sure we are executing our mission as we promise our people.
Your donation will touch our heart by helping us become accredited and helping others earn American degrees and graduate debt-free. Please help!
